This Privacy Policy explains how Kyte Management ("Kyte", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when schools, administrators, parents, and guardians use our mobile applications and web dashboard (the "Platform"). We treat student data as sovereign: it belongs to the school and parent, not to us.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (name, email, phone number, role), school and student records uploaded by authorised administrators, and payment and fee information needed to process transactions. We also collect limited technical data such as device type and app version to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the Platform: to deliver academic records, process fee payments and receipts, send notifications you have opted into, provide customer support, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.
3. Consent & Data Sharing
Student data is never shared without explicit school approval. Data transfers between parties only occur after a verified school administrator authorises the request, typically via multi-factor authentication. We share information with payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly as needed to deliver the service.
4. Data Security
Student identities are encrypted at rest and stored in isolated archival nodes. Access is permission-based and logged. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Account deletion requests can be submitted through our account deletion page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
