We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (name, email, phone number, role), school and student records uploaded by authorised administrators, and payment and fee information needed to process transactions. We also collect limited technical data such as device type and app version to keep the service secure and reliable.

Information is used to operate the Platform: to deliver academic records, process fee payments and receipts, send notifications you have opted into, provide customer support, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising.

Student data is never shared without explicit school approval. A parent is only linked to a pupil after an authorised school administrator approves that request from the school dashboard. We share information with payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly as needed to deliver the service.

Sensitive identity details, such as identification numbers submitted for verification, are encrypted before they are stored, and passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access is role-based, and sensitive actions in the school dashboard are recorded in an audit log. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Account deletion requests can be submitted through our account deletion page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
