Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. School administrators are responsible for the accuracy and authorisation of records they upload, and for managing access granted to their staff.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. Access to student records is strictly limited to permitted roles.

Fees collected through the Platform are processed by third-party payment providers. Where loan facilities ("Kyte Capital") are offered, separate financing terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules apply and will be disclosed before you accept any facility.

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kyte Management. Records and content you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Certain records may be retained where required by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kyte is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
